TDD: Test Driven Development or Test Driven Disaster?

Inside our organization we have a discussion evening tonight about TDD with the promising title 'TDD: Test Driven Development or Test Driven Disaster?'. I hope it will be an interesting discussion. Searching for some extra arguments for the 'Pro' camp, I stumbled on this blog post: TDD is not about testing, it's about how we develop software.

I cannot agree more with the statements mentioned in this post.
