Visual Studio Code–Draw.io extension

While pair programming with a colleague I noticed he was using  draw.io directly inside Visual Studio Code. This was made possible by the following extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=hediet.vscode-drawio

It offers some great features like:

  • Using draw.io offline
  • Work together on a diagram using the liveshare feature of VS Code
  • Link diagram elements to code fragments

I’m a fan!

DevToys–A swiss army knife for developers

As a developer there are a lot of small tasks you need to do as part of your coding, debugging and testing activities.  DevToys is an offline windows app that tries to help you with these tasks.
